Articles of the Month

Teamwork: The Power of Unity – Individually we might have a great talent or skill that makes us the top performer in our department at work, or in this story, the best in our country, but we can’t make it alone. Not only do we need the help of others, but the help needs to be a unified effort.

Two Main Ingredients that Create Team Unity – Whatever circumstances your group is currently experiencing, you can create the team unity and culture of cohesive commitment that you desire. Even the most impressive teams need time together to strengthen relationships and to be reminded of the goals and values that brought them together.

Teamwork means unity (or, boats don’t get anywhere if you’re paddling in 12 different directions) – Being a successful team means working together. Unity may come before or during the problem solving process, but for a group to become a team, that unity has to happen.

“We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided.”

J.K. Rowling
