Reflection on Healing: by Orly Wahba

Take 30 minutes a day and set it aside for doing something you love. It could be meditation, a creative hobby, cooking, taking a walk, or a warm bath. Make sure that during this time whatever you do does not involve taking in too much information from the outside world. Let these “30 minutes of healing” be time that you spend with yourself, releasing both good and bad energy from within you because healing comes from within.

This song personally inspired me as a child. I vividly remember the first time I ever heard it, the feelings that filled my heart, the tears that streamed down my face and the yearning I felt to become part of the solution of healing this world in a way like never before.
