Offer to take an elderly person shopping (extra special if you do so for your own grandma or grandpa).

This act is inspired by my Mom who volunteered through an organization in my community to take an elderly person she never met grocery shopping. She shared with me the experience she had and it truly touched my heart! Thanks Mom for inspiring me in your own special way:)
